Dear new international students, faculty, and staff,

The Environmental Health and Safety Center (EHS 環安衛) at NTU requires all new NTU members to complete at least a required safety course: “Course A: Safety and hygiene management in the laboratory – rights and obligations.“ The English version of the course is available online only for foreign language speakers.

Course A can be completed by:

1. Filling in this Google form https://goo.gl/forms/wP65F3M8nPsF7mU43
2. Watching the 3 videos as stated in the Google form
3. Answering the Test question & submitting this Google form
4. Emailing Mr. De-Lin CHIOU (cdl@ntu.edu.tw), our Department’s Technical Specialist, informing him that you’ve completed the course.

If you have finished the course, just ignore this announcement. If you haven’t completed the course, it is important for you to complete Course A as soon as possible, or you might not be able to get into the laboratories.
