Civil Engineering Prevention Measures (as of 1:30 pm, May 17, 2021)

Dear CE students,

With the increasing number of infections in Taipei City and New Taipei City, the pandemic situation is now at Alert Level 3 (orange light). Starting May 15, students should refrain from entering the University unless absolutely necessary.

To comply with the University prevention measures, entry to the Civil Engineering Department Building (CEB), Civil Engineering Research Building (CERB), and NCREE Building will be suspended for ALL students starting 5pm, Wednesday, May 19.

For the space usage:
1. Study rooms, Undergraduate Space (at 1st floor, CEB), V-Lab, Multi-Purpose Space (Room 612, CERB) will be temporarily closed.
2. Graduate students who need to use the laboratory, please file a laboratory usage request, stating the reason and usage period, signed by the advisor, and submit to Ms. HSU of the Department Office (Room 205, CEB). After the Chairman’s approval, students should contact with the technician for entry to the building and laboratory according to the laboratory opening hour. Please adhere to the reserved period. The upper limit of students in the same space or lab shall be 4. If the laboratory usage request is not submitted, the Office will retain the right of usage of every laboratory.

Preventive measures will constantly be adjusted in accordance with the University’s latest announcements. We are asking for your compliance with the preventive measures.
