CDG Engineering Scholarship is offered by Mr. John SU (alumna of CYCU’s Dept. of Civil Engineering) and Mrs. Wen SU (alumna of NTU’s Dept. of Economics) to encourage NTU graduates to continue their Master’s studies in either the Department of Construction Management (CM) or the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) at the University of Washington (UW).

Eligibility: NTUCE current students or those who graduated from NTUCE in the past 2 years + are admitted to the UW CEE or CM Graduate Program

Grant: 75% tuition fee + $800 USD monthly stipend

Quota: 3 person/year (1 for CM student, and 2 for CEE students; 1 CEE scholarship will be reserved for NTU student). In principle, two out of the three spots will be reserved for the Taiwanese students.

Duration of Scholarship: Maximum 4 quarters

   3. One-page resume
   4. One-page personal statement on personal history, family background, developmental opportunities involved, need of financial support, and impact of the UW study to the applicant’s future study or work plan.
   5. Supporting document(s) demonstrating the applicant’s financial need
   6. NTU transcript
