   3. Deadline for withdrawal: February 8, 2022
   4. Deadline for submitting dissertation: February 14, 2022

• To apply for dissertation defense and to graduate this semester after successfully finished the defense, please visit myntu and select Online Application System for the Oral Thesis/Dissertation Defenses.
• If you have applied the dissertation defense but cannot finish it this semester, please withdraw it before February 8, 2022. If you do not withdraw the defense before the deadline and do not conduct the defense, you will be considered as failing it once.
• The transcript can be downloaded from myntu.

According to past experience, the application for Dissertation Defense is often returned due to incomplete data. It is advised to apply the defense 2 to 3 weeks in advance to prevent exceeding deadline (November 30) when preparing required documents.
